Low Price Guarantee

You will be entitled to our Low Price Guarantee for 30 days after the date you purchase any product on our website. If you can find the same exact product elsewhere online for less, simply contact us for a refund of the difference in price PLUS 5% of your total order. 

Sites that are excluded are:

• Auction sites (like eBay or Overstock)
• Amazon.com 

These sites often sell second hand products that have been used by other customers, and then are listed for resale at a cheaper price. All our products are brand new, and we are so confident that no other legitimate retailer will be able to compete with our prices that we'll put our money where our mouth is.

A lot of other sites claim to be the cheapest, but never back it up with actual money. Some stores do a "store credit," but that is just a way of getting you to buy something you don't need or want.

Shipping will be factored into the total price. You should notice that we don't charge you a penny for shipping! So if you find another site with different prices, make sure they're not just adding it back in on shipping during check out. Price + shipping is what we will use to judge.

When making a claim (though we've never been taken up on this and it's not likely that you will ever make a claim), please be sure to include the website address you found the product for sale on, your order number, name, email, phone, address, and date you placed your order. We will take care of the rest!
