Refunds & Exchanges

After you place your order you have up to 30 days to return it for a refund or an exchange. Exchanges are handled like refunds. Send back the product you ordered first, and as long as it's in new condition, we will provide you with a prompt refund. Then you are free to place an order the other product at any time like you normally would. If you return a product without placing another order, and the product is not defective, there will be a 25% restocking fee (you will be refunded 75% of the purchase price). If the product was defective or damaged during the shipping process, we will provide a 100% refund for the return within 30 days of the purchase date.
